Data privacy statement

This website is jointly operated by Mag. Carmen Trappenberg and Ing. Denise Pölzl-Huemer. Both are responsible within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR for the website processing described here. Mag. Carmen Trappenberg is responsible for all processing operations for contract execution from bookings.

1. Server logs

When the website is accessed, technical data (IP address, date/time, pages accessed, referrer, user agent) is automatically processed in server log files. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operation, security and error analysis). Storage period: usually 30–90 days. Processor: REALONAUT GmbH as hosting service provider.

2. Contacting us by e-mail / form

When inquiries are made, we process the data you provide for processing and answering. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or lit. f GDPR. Storage period: until the inquiry is completed and beyond that in accordance with statutory retention obligations.

3. Contract fulfillment for bookings

For the joint booking of the photographer team, Carmen Trappenberg as the contractual partner processes in particular master, communication, appointment, project and billing data. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Recipient: Tax consultancy, payment and IT service providers as far as necessary. Storage period: according to UGB/BAO usually 7 years.

4. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies to provide the website (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Further cookies are only set after consent has been given (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future and delete cookies in your browser.

5. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts. Depending on the configuration, fonts can be hosted locally or loaded from servers of Google Ireland Ltd., whereby your IP address is processed. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. More at: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Google Tag Manager

The Google Tag Manager manages website tags. The service itself does not set any cookies, but can trigger the activation of other tags. Legal basis: Consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, as far as tools requiring consent are loaded. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

7. Google Analytics

With granted consent, we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization, if applicable via Tag Manager) for reach measurement. Cookies may be used and usage data may be transferred to Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Storage periods of the cookies: up to 24 months. Revocation at any time via the cookie settings of your browser or our consent tool.

8. Rank Math (SEO)

We use Rank Math for search engine optimization. Rank Math primarily processes metadata on the website. If personal data is affected, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

9. WPML (Multilingualism)

WPML sets functional cookies to store the language selection. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (user-friendliness). Currently we publish content in German; further languages may follow.

10. LiteSpeed Cache

We use LiteSpeed Cache for performance optimization. Technically necessary caches and temporary files can be created. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

11. Data processors

We use REALONAUT GmbH as a data processor for hosting and technical maintenance. There is a contract with the service provider within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

12. Your rights

You have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection and revocation of granted consents. You can contact hallo@carmenunddenise.at with your request. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

13. Data transfers to third countries

With services from Google, data may be transferred to the USA. The basis is standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission and supplementary measures by Google.

14. Status

Status: November 2025. We will adapt this statement to changes in data processing.
